Our signature dish, the arepa, is a versatile cornmeal cake that has been a staple in Venezuelan homes for centuries. You’ll also find tequeños—crispy cheese sticks perfect for dipping—and pastelitos, delightful pastries with savoury fillings, which are just a few examples of our comfort food.
